N-STUDIO | Novelist Birthday Party

In the first exclusive event of 2019, N-Studio hosted the birthday party of Mercury Prize nominated rapper Novelist. To celebrate not only turning 22 but also the recent success of his critically acclaimed album 'Novelist guy', friends and family of the artist were invited down to N-Studio for an evening curated by the rap and UK hip-hop star.  

The the event kicked off with film screening of 90s classic ‘Boyz n the Hood’. The space was transformed into a pop-up cinema with blow up sofas, pick ‘n’ mix and popcorn.  

Following the film, the party took over. With DJ's on rotation throughout the evening, the night ended with an hour long set from Novelist himself. A photobooth allowing guests to recreate the 'Novelist guy' album artwork was set up, as well as games room where people could play the number one console from the year Novelist was born - Nintendo 64.
